"No Phone Call?"

About: Tameside General Hospital

I attended A& E with my 8 years old son on Sunday 22nd May and was told he had fractured his wrist.

All this was promptly done, he was given a splint and I was told to make an appt. with the fracture clinic at the A&E reception. I was then told there were no appts. available and that they would phone me to make an appt. I supplied 2 phone nos and no phone call has been received.

Does he need a cast? How long does he wear the splint for? Will he need re-Xraying at some point?

Who knows?
