"Good op but poor admin services"

I paid £10,000 for an operation but expected a full care package. The op was fine, but appointments prior to the op and post op ran many hours over the appointment time. The first consultation was set for 7pm but it was 10pm when I finally got out of there. The follow up appointment was for 6pm but after 45 minutes wait and discovering 2 other people were in front of me I left complaining that for 10k I expected to be seen on time.

If as a private paying customer you cannot stick to appointment times, why should I pay to go private. If I want to wait I can go to the NHS.
