I attended Braintree Hospital today for a Minor Op. I received 5 Star treatment and could not fault anything. All the staff from the Receptionist to the Surgeon were caring, kind, considerate and totally professional in every respect. The Hospital is spotless and has a very welcoming atmosphere. Even the gardens outside are obviously well looked after for as they looked excellent.
