"A&E Department and the Burstead Ward"

Arrived at A&E early on the morning of 17th March 2016 with excruciating abdominal pain.

I was seen within 30 minutes and was whisked away for various tests before having an emergency operation that afternoon.

The entire team from A&E and the Burstead ward, where I stayed for 7 days to recover, was exemplary!

Compassionate, diligent and proficient.....a credit to our NHS.

A truly amazing team of people.

I am, and will always be extremely grateful.
