"Breast clinic - delay too long for last 2 year."

About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

Never on time for the appointment with breast clinic.

Waiting always over 90 minutes for last 2 years.

Today, 24th May 2016. My appointment 3:20. At 5pm, I am still waiting.

At 5:20, all receptionist gone. I am still waiting. And no one update all the patient what's going on.

Hope someone look into this matter and improve it very soon!

At least we now have a name and we will pass this on to the team that manages the service so that you can discuss your concerns with them.
