"blood tests in chaos"

About: Basildon University Hospital

I booked a blood test on line and then waited 45mins past my booking. The corridor was full of other waiters, some had waited one and a half hours. You have only one information board so half of the waiters cant see the progress,or prepare themselves for blood extraction this means someone has to come out to find the next person. some were turned away as they couldnt promise a today test. it was chaos yet again. Privatisation isnt working for the customers.
