"A good endoscopy experience"

As a member of staff at Pilgrim then finding myself in the receiving end, I can continue to be very proud of our hospital and the wonderful staff that care for us. On arrival to the endoscopy unit I was seen promptly. All staff introduced themselves to me 'hello my name is....' And despite me having knowledge of the procedure, I was happy that everything was still explained in detail. I was supported throughout my procedure and was given excellent after care advice and staff were happy and caring. Thank you endoscopy staff for making my experience a good one.
