(as a relative),

On behalf on my gran, I would like to thank the medical and nursing staff at the Intensive Care Unit in the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley. The nursing and medical staff were all brilliant, in particular nurse's Lyndsay Maureen and Angela, who made my gran feel welcome and chatted to her which made her feel at ease. The consultant Paul also exceeded himself in providing care for my gran.

Thank you very much for your feedback about our Intensive Care Unit in the RAH. I am pleased that your gran was satisfied with the care and attention she received. The staff work hard to help patients feel at ease and will be pleased to hear that your gran had a positive experience.
