"Brilliant visit to The Channel Day Surgery Centre"

(as the patient),

Excellent treatment and care from reception to discharge nurse. In particular a nurse in the pre op area found time to watch over and communicate with a patient who showed signs of dementia and at times got confused and anxious. She was brilliant!

My experience that afternoon demonstrated the NHS at its best. Well done the whole team!
