"a credit to their organisation"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust

(as a friend),

My neighbor recently had to call the ambulance because unfortunately she thought her husband had died at home. The ambulance arrived very quickly and they couldn’t get in, so I got a ladder and they entered the house through the window. Phil and Jos were the two paramedics that arrived and they were so helpful, I just thought they were excellent, then about half an hour later Ronnie and Mark arrived and they were great too. I just had to say what a great job they did, they were a credit to their organisation

Hi Yonder939

Thank you for taking the time to share your story.

It is always rewarding to hear stories of how our staff are delivering care and support to patients, and those around them when they need it most.

We would be happy to share your story with the ambulance staff involved in your neighbour's care, however to do so we will need some specific information. If you would like us to do this, please may I ask you to contact us on either plaudits@swast.nhs.uk or 01392 453 831 and a member of the Patient Engagement Team will be happy to help you further.

Thank you, again, for taking the time to provide us with feedback.

Kind regards

Sara
