About: Solihull Hospital

I went for a day procedure 23 May 2016, which required general anesthetic. From the moment I arrive to when I leave I was treated very well.

From consultation with Dr and team, anesthetic and theatre team, and the lovely nursing staff in ward14.

I also notice the kindness and care given to other patients especially to an elderly patient by day staff nurse.

Thank you for making my stay very comfortable as I was very nervous.

Thank you very much for your feedback regarding your recent patient experience in our Day Procedures Unit at Solihull Hospital.

I am so pleased to read that you were treated very well throughout and made to feel comfortable which helped alleviate your nervousness, and also that you observed great examples of care and kindness by nursing staff dealing with other elderly patients.

I will ensure that your feedback is highlighted to Belinda Briand, Ward Manager for Ward 14 at Solihull Hospital, and Beverley Baker the Matron who will be thrilled to read your comments and ensure that it is shared with all of the nursing team on Ward 14 who work very hard to provide a positive patient experience.

I hope this is acceptable and thank you very much for taking the time to provide your comments about your experience as a patient, feedback from our patients is extremely important to us.
