"Making appointments"

About: Liverpool Womens Hospital

Tried to make an antenatal appointment today, the member of staff on the phone was rude and abrupt to speak to, not at all what you need when dealing with pregnancy hormones and mood swings. Needs some customer service training

We are so sorry about this, it is very disappointing to hear. We certainly do not expect our patients to be greeted in this way. We have invested a lot of time on customer care training for our staff and our clerks have a script to follow when greeting our maternity patients which includes congratulating the patients on their news. We apologise that you didn't have a good experience and would like to thank you for letting us know.
