Had MRI scan on 7th March and still waiting on results, called consultant secretary 3 weeks ago to be told the consultant has been busy and they would remind them.
Called again today rot be told again that the consultant has been busy and off. Asked how long does it take and surely must have time scale to be told no. Secretary said the consultant has scan however has not dictated it yet, they would remind him again.
Surely there must be time scales in place if not how can people receive treatment if necessary. Surely delay in treatment causes people not only to suffer longer both physically and mentally but is not cost effective for the nhs and trust as a whole.
