Being treated for BCC in the ENT region for over ten years I have found the medical teams here to be first class in all aspects. The Consultant must be a great leader to their staff their style manner and atitude in theatre is better than anything seen on Holby or Casualty. In My regular consultations I have been seen by them on 95% of occasions, I can't imagine what their work/life balance looks like. The theatre staff are all very pfofessional and keep you at ease right through procedures and all sound as if they are fully competent in what they are doong.The ward staff, the same- the whole team a seemless exhilerating experience- take plenty to read though as you may be at the bavk pf the queue of 4 or 5.

Audiology is also an amzing example to the rest of the NHS always mega prompt, if you can't get through on the phone as the lines are extremely busy just email them your problem, they always respond the same day and will often ring you back if you leave your details ( dont forget your DOB!)Their service is so efficient and friendly and welcoming
