On Saturday 21st September I attended Juniper Ward for a colonoscopy and gastroscopy with great trepidation. The care I received was at all times courteous and efficient including reception, cleaner, porter, nursing staff and consultant. Importantly, at all times, and especially during the procedure I was kept fully informed. This did much to allay my fears. Your professionalism is commendable. Thank you.

I am so pleased to hear the staff on Juniper Ward provided you with such good care during your procedure.
