"Really quick,freed up a appointment with my own..."

i took someone to the center as there was a two day wait with his own doctor and I felt that there was a need to get it sorted quick, We were there no longer than 1 hour and as the person I was with has challenging behavior the receptionist found us a suitable room to sit in ,which was very nice of them.We had to give are blue badge details in when we left as was told that we would not have to pay to park,Which was good as i was unsure .All went well until this week I have been informed that i have now got a car park fine,I am very sad to say and will appeal .But my whole visit was really a smashing lot of staff that reassured me that you can been seen pretty quick .
