I went to the MillennIum Centre after being told by my GP that I didnt have a problem with my ear or sinusitis as i suspected. It was after pressure from family, after a few weeks, when my hearing loss was worse, that I attended the Millennium Centre. I sat and observed the greetings of the triage team and was really impressed. even before the door had shut behind a new patient, I head concern, attention to detail about the use of preferred name and general friendly greetings. I felt i had very thorough, informed and attentive consultation and was able to talk openly to staff and feel comfortable to ask questions. I felt the staff knew each other well and communicated brilliantly! Very impressed thank you. I can now hear!
