A relative of mine has recently passed whilst on this ward. A very poor standard of nursing was experienced and witnessed by the relatives to a point where it did harm.
Changes need to happen and I believe that the poor standard of care given on this ward must have been experienced by more patients. If we all come together with these experiences, then the hospital will have to listen and make appropriate changes.
