"eye casualty"

About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

I was sent to the eye casualty at the treatment centre from my optician (boots) on Saturday 21st may, I was sent at 11.15 and the optician rang through to the eye dept to say I was on my way and I got there at 12,15. Though they closed at 12 they waited for me, they even phoned me to make sure I was on my way and ok, I was seen and sorted, absolutely brilliant service, team and experience, thank you , regards Doreen Robinson
