I am a regular patient at Ward 34 Day Unit for venesection treatment.

I always find that the team there are extremely pleasant and helpful, regardless of how obviously busy they may be.

They always take time out to reassure me and other patients if required and are clearly very conscious about the standard of care they provide.

Excellence is the norm for them.
