"My Three day stay at New Cross"

On Wed 18th May I was admitted to Ward A12 after having a Radiofrequency Ablation of my Kidney. I cannot praise the staff of the Radiology Dept and the Consultant Radiologist enough. From start to finish, from the Anaethstetist right through to the ward and the nursing staff, everyone was so helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble and I know that on that day there were difficulties finding beds for everyone. I was treated with respect and kindness from everyone. I would like to thank them all and say how grateful I was that my stay was made so comfortable. Keep up the good work everyone.

Also my grateful thanks to the Consultant Urologist who has been very patient with me and has done their utmost to give me the right treatment despite all my other health problems. Thank you so much. God Bless you all
