"Excellent care"

I have had superb service from this department. I saw my physiotherapist at my local primary care centre which was very convenient, and it has made such a difference. I have arthritis in my spine and when I first attended my movement was really restricted and I was in such a lot of pain. After a few months treatment the difference is really marked - my mobility is much improved and my pain is actually manageable for the first time in some years. In addition, we were able to identify another unrelated condition which was contributing to my pain and that is now being addressed too. My physiotherapist was always extremely kind and professional as was anyone I spoke to on the telephone.
