"mixed feelings"

i went there for a pelvic scan sent by my gp. I was half an hour early and told them i was aware and had nothing against waiting until the due time. I got in early however, just to be yelled at by the person doing the scan. The radiographer looked at my medical record and deemed my arrival there unnecessary, and told me the that the people who sent me there were idiots. After this warm introduction when we were about to do the scan, the nurse came to tell me i was in the wrong room. I should have gone next door. I went there and was met with kind of the same attitude: bored, uncaring, almost bothered by me asking questions since i didn't quite know how the procedure happened here. I just felt bad through the whole experience. I know i might have to go in there again someday but i am surely not looking forward to it after this horrible experience.
