"They don't help"

Iv been going and seeing the same 'Doctor' for a year. This person knows nothing about mental health. Dosnt no anything about medication. Asked me the same stuff every time I go. Give me no help apart a leaflet about work. Wouldn't listen to me when my medication was making me worse. Ended up going back my own GP who's prescribed me tablets that have helped. Can't even say my name correct. I'm making a complain

I apologise that you feel you have received such a poor service from Sutherland Centre. I can assure you that your concerns have been raised with the Doctors and team based there as that is not the service as an organisation we want or intend to provide to people who access our services.
