"Cannot fault the service"

About: Eastbourne District General Hospital / Out of hours service

(as the patient),

I attended the Eastbourne DGH Out of Hours Service on a Saturday evening and was dealt with swiftly and kindly by Shirley all within one hour of making initial contact for assistance. I cannot fault the service in any way and think we are extremely fortunate to have access to such a wonderful service. We hear such negative reports about our NHS and our local services at the DGH but my experience this evening, having never used the Out of Hours service at the DGH, was top notch. Thank you Out of Hours Service!
