I was very nervous about the two procedures but my fear was ill founded the medical staff the nursing staff and reception staff were so supportive they
treated me professionally and with empathy when in the treatment area all the medical staff were gentle ensuring that I was comfortable and the procedures were explained.The nursing staff both in the treatment and history taking area were determined to reassure me.and finally when the results and way to go forward was explained in detail by a very reassuring nurse I felt the NHS was in good hands.
