As a patent who on the 6 May received treatment at RBH. I really wanted to write to you regarding the first class treatment and service I received from everyone with whom I came into contact.
I know the NHS has a number of problems and it appears that the press is all too happy to criticise the service but, not appear to report on good news.
From my point of view the Royal Berkshire Hospital appears to be in the forefront of dealing with the problems and providing wonderful service in these difficult times
I can confirm that everyone who treated me was helpful, courteous, and sympathetic. Special mention must go to my consultant, who on the number of occasions I have met them readily provided any information regarding my treatment I required. The team in Redlands Ward, the person who provides breakfast, changes the beds and dispenses good humour while doing it. Every one of them goes out of their way to reassure and care for their charges.
This is the second time I have been admitted to hospital (I have had total ankle replacements to both ankles.) and have received wonderful service on both occasions.
"A Possitive stay at RBH"
