"90 mins waiting in emergency apt. with no success"

I rang in the morning to have urgent apt. for my 14mts old baby boy. He's got bad eyes infection. I was told to come at 10am on emergency appointment. I was waiting 90 mins to see the doctor with no success. After 60 mins I got angry because other patients were seeing doctors one by one, every one of them looked ok with no emergency needs as my crying son.

Receptionist said that doctor will prioritise and he will be seen in next 5 queuing persons. My boy was very upset and rubbing his eyes. After 9th person went in, I became very angry and I said that I will go home in next 10 min if no one will check him out. Nothing happend in last 10 mins so I left this GP and called ambulance to my home. They arrived in 15 mins and took my son to hospital.

All my family is going to change GP very soon.
