About: Darlington Memorial Hospital

I would like to say a very big thank you to my HCA. I had an appt on Wednesday after a fall the day before. I was not feeling very well as I had hit my head and shoulder and they made sure I was looked after by providing me with a wheelchair to X-ray and back. Also whilst waiting for my lift home they kept checking on me and got me a drink and biscuits. It's people like my HCA who do these little things and go the extra mile that makes the NHS so great.

Also would like to say that the treatment I got in A&E on Tuesday was brilliant too despite them being busy. I walked in with my injury and was attended to straight away. Thank you x
