About: University Hospital Wishaw / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I would just like to thank everyone in the day surgery unit who looked after me yesterday in the most compassionate and caring way possible. Especially staff nurses Vicki and Melissa and also the staff nurse that looked after me in recovery (not sure of her name). They really made me feel at ease during a stressful time.

I am delighted to hear that the staff delivered a high standard of care to you at a time which must have been very stressful for you.
