"JUST TO SAY THANKS "

Nowadays people in the UK are always very quick to complain about the service they receive but never as eagre to acknowledge when things do go right. I recently attended Scunthorpe General Hospital as an outpatient at the Oral and Maxillofacial department. The whole experience was a credit to everyone at the hospital. It started with the chap in the reception area who gave me directions to the dept I required and also the lady who also pointed me in the right direction when I took a wrong turn. The lady on the reception at the Oral and Maxillofacial dept was also very pleasant and helpful. I was the taken into the treamtment room at my scheduled appointment time. The surgeon and his two assistants were terrific throughout the time I was in the treatment room and gave patient care of the highest order and I cannot thank them enough. I would also like to express my thanks to Goole hospital who played a part in a very satisfactory outcome.

Well done to the NHS
