(as a carer),

It was brilliant. Saw my 89 year old dad quickly, two different bits of the service co-ordinated out patient appointments so he wouldn't have to make the journey to hospital twice. Took his problems seriously and took time to talk to him and me as carer. Health care at its absolute best thank you Mr Anderson, Miss Krishna and Miss Kahn Lim you have and are being brilliant.

I'm honoured to have access to such great care
