"Appointments for Breast Clinic"

About: Barnet General Hospital

As a follow-up patient I normally have an appointment in June (check up) and November (surgical). This year my November appointment arrived but not the June appointment.

Phoned the appointment line call answered swiftly and politely. Operator told me no June appointment had been made and gave me the number of the Breast Clinic.

This was on Tuesday. Phoned the Breast Clinic three times on Tuesday - engaged. Wednesday phone 6 time - Engaged.

Today (Thursday) phoned the appointments line and explained problem. Was told "Well we've given you the number what do you expect us to do?" We politely asked if there was another number or anyone else I could speak to. Was put through to a constantly ringing telephone. Held on for five minutes gave up. Rude and unhelpful.
