"Excellent in every way"

I have taken my mother to the cardiac unit twice in the last two months for consultations.

We were there almost two hours for the first appointment.

We arrived early and were seen almost straight away.

My mother had several tests and between each test I don't believe we waited more than 5 minutes. Each member if staff we saw was friendly and efficient.

They explained things clearly so that we understood everything but never in a patronising way. It was the same experience on the second visit.
