"No treatment and no staff"

My daughter is under the Orthodontist team. Her Orthodontist was going on leave which clearly the Hospital knew, yet they could not offer her another appointment for her brace tightening with another Orthodontist and they said they would be in touch. 2 months later I hadn't heard anything, so I rang and they still could not offer her an appointment with anyone and they still hadn't got a replacement for her Orthodontist that was leaving. I asked is there another Hospital she could go to but they don't allow this. I also asked why is the replacement taking so long, they said they hadn't even started interviewing yet for the post. 4 months later my 12 year old daughter is still waiting to have her brace tightened. They don't even bother to keep patients informed of the progress and you try and phone the Hospital and can't even get through. It is a complete shambles of a place.
