"No diabetic check on known diabetic"

About: New Cross Hospital

There was no diabetic check on a known diabetic who was on the emergency assessment unit for over twelve hours. The patient was in over two days. The check was only made when a relative drew attention to the patient going hypo and the patient was given food the visitor had brought in. What good is a clean hospital if the care isn't there? No good complaining to PALS or any other area because the Trust just blame other health professionals.
