I was extremely pleased with the great service I received today. I'm really sorry I am not allowed to mention by name the member of staff who was so helpful, professional and reassuring. This seems a real pity as I'd like to pass on how great they were.
This was a pre anaesthetic assessment nurse.
Very impressed!
