"Dissatisfaction"

About: Hillingdon Hospital

I saw a registrar on 18 May 2016 in Hillingdon hospital at 3pm as registrar suspected that I might have DVT in my leg. Then registrar referred me to triage without doing proper referral. I went to triage and they straight away said registrar shouldn't have reffered here.

Then I felt I was meant to no where was treated like passing the bug from one place to another.

I waited patiently then after a wait I was give appt for next day for my dipolar for ankle . Then as recommend by registrar I need injection for prevention for that they asked me to go to pharmacy to get one as it's normally not available in triage which registrar should be aware of and then also they needed my present weigh to get the injection and there was no weighing machine in triage had go down and get my weigh checked. I am just wondering why wasn't the registrar knew all this that they require weigh for injection and also why do incomplete referral where they should be aware that they don't have any facilities in triage.

Being a doctor /registrar how come they are not aware that for injection which I would require need to check my weigh and also they work in the same hospital must be aware what faculties are available in triage

I have with ankle swollen not fully fit was limping everywhere.

I hope you deal with my complains

As NHS should be helping patients not making there life difficult.
