"Disgusting treatment"

About: Hereford County Hospital

Had an appointment here today. After taking time out of work, waiting over half an hour after my appointment time, I was led into a room to put a gown on behind a curtain. All fine so far. The consultant came in, didn't smile, greet me or shake my hand. I explained my symptoms to them which have been causing me daily agony. They said, and I quote "no, they're not causing you pain". Errr...what?! They then got up and walked out the room as I was halfway through speaking to them. To top all this off, as I was putting my trousers on beneath the gown, already feeling humiliated, the nurse snatched the gown off me so I was stood in the room in my underwear. I have never felt so undignified in my life and am absolutely shocked and appalled.
