"Rheumatology"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Maybe a Rheumatology nurse should phone me back instead of writing rude things in an e-mail to their secretary.

Shocking service, all i have been trying to do for the last two months is ask for help and advice because I am in so much pain at the moment I don't know what to do. No one has even had the decency to ask me and phone me back, responded to letters or returned messages and voicemails. All they're interested in is 'passing the buck' 'I didn't get your message, I have done this, I haven't done that'. Pathetic.
