"Disappointed with treatment of sick baby"

i am the mother of al little baby girl who is 16 months old. recently she was in the back garden playing and she was playing on the grass and her nana noticed a purple blotciness all over my daughters body and she went all hot and bothered. so we took her up the a&e and we were seen within 3 hours and it had gone. the doctor that was seen to her was doing checks and looked in her ears and told us hat she had a red inflamed ear and he said that it was nothing to worry about and with him being the doctor we said ok. two weeks later my baby went up her grandparents for the weekend and i ended up feching her from there to take here up to the a&e again. she was all hot, non stop coughing, high temp, druppy eyes,runny nose and eyes also she was rubbing her ears. and we told the doctor who was seeing to her and he said that she had an ear infection in both ears and that it was really bad. and gave her medicine. i would like to complain as i am not happy with the first doctor for not giving her something to nip it in the bud so she wouldnt be in this pain and sleepless nights. the nhs should have more experienced staff around to make sure that the trainee doctors get things right and i am not happy at all i am very dissapointed in the nhs as thay are ment to help people who are ill not notice something and say that it is nothing!!!
