What I liked
I had minor, planned surgery in the Adult Day Surgery Unit. The nurses were friendly and courteous, and the ward was clean. I was made to wait, but the reasons for this were explained to me, and the general level of communication was satisfactory. In surgery, they looked after me very well and ensured I was calm throughout.
