"Minor Operation"

About: Trafford General Hospital

I have nothing but praise for the staff that dealt with me regarding my minor surgery.

The department (which used to be the maternity unit) was clean, light and welcoming.

I arrived a little early, which to the staff was not an issue and they treated me like royalty. It was like I had gone 'private'.

I am a nervous patient but despite this the staff did all they could to make me feel at ease.

It is always good to receive feedback which highlights the care and hard work of our staff. It was also good to read that you found the unit to be clean and welcoming. We aim to provide the most comfortable experience possible for all of our patients.
