"Visit to A&E"

About: University Hospital Aintree

My father attended your A&E dept last night after being sent there from Litherland walk in centre. The staff on the desk was very pleasant and talked to us like we were human beings (unusual for some desk staff) the triage nurse (can't remember their name) was lovely and very helpful. The nurse who called us through was the most lovely nurse, their bedside manner was second to none. It wasn't a serious matter we were there it just for reassurance and that was given. People take time to complain about people so I thought I would take the time to praise.

We arrived at 7.30 and left at 9.30. One thing I will say is staff need to shout names either louder or nearer to the seating area. Thank you aintree.

Hi there,

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review for us. We're glad to hear your father received the care and support he needed from our staff during his visit. We'll make sure your comments are passed onto the team who looked after him.

Thank you!
