"Visit to A&E 15/05/16"

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

Brought my son in (age 6), on Sunday at around 5pm, after he fell a substantial distance from a tree and was in a lot of pain.

I phoned ahead and on arrival we were immediately acknowledged, details taken and promptly seen.

All of the staff were brilliant - calm, reassuring and attentive and thoroughly checked my little boy for internal injuries.

I'd particularly like to thank the doctor who checked him and the member of staff who looked after us throughout, recognised when I needed a hug, explained what was happening and checked on us later on.

Thankfully my son only had superficial injuries but I watched in awe at the amazing care you provided to patients with more serious injuries.

Great work NHS!
