"Excellent care"

About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

From the moment I entered the department until I left I received excellent care from all the team. Everyone was kind and friendly and understanding and every step of the procedure (CT angiogram) was explained and any questions I had were answered fully and with patience.

I was given some immediate results by the lead cardiac radiologist who also showed me the scan pictures of my heart and explained how they are used to diagnose any irregularities.

I was impressed by the open culture in the department, the care given to checking and recording not only the drugs administered but all other steps taken.

My overall impression of the department is of a team of people who are professional, caring and intent on providing the patient with a good experience.
