The receptionist/consultant doesn't get back to you about test results. When you call them you sometimes don't get through to them or you are asked to leave them your contact number - when you leave them your contact number they don't return your call until 2 or 3 days later delaying dosage changes. Surely they should keep a record of your phone number so they can contact you rather than you having to contact them?
