"I was denied a blood test only ..."

What could be improved

I was denied a blood test only 5min after they closed. Understandable but when you travel across the city and can't find the service easily, they should be a bit more tolerant.

Anything else?

A nurse walking by recommended I go to Oncology Outpatient Blood tests, where I should have gone at first, and they accepted my Mount Vernon issued prescription even if they were not sure it would go to right place. Staff was helpful, friendly and very skilled.
