(as the patient),

I was referred to you by iAPT.

That referral came from iHear.

I have been seen by Percy  

I have communicated with Percy via email  

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at WLMHT.

I have paid a Dr for many years and seen one other. 

Separately for Court I have had a full assessment costing a significant amount of money. 

Percy is as good as all the above.

The time, care and empathy he has shown me is exceptional. He is not a nurse he is a psychiatrist in nurse's garb.

I think you should promote him instantly.
