"How an occupational health assesment has helped me"

I was visited by an occupation health worker at Willows Clinic...Jenny Blackley. Her help and understanding of the problems I was facing was amazing. She contacted the housing for me to have adaptations carried out on my home and it has honestly changed my life! I was struggling with getting bathed and using the bath taps and she had these altered for me plus the kitchen & bathroom lights. I really am so grateful for her support & help and cannot thank her enough.
